Important Notice from Anthem

Pharmacy is an important part of your health benefits. Starting April 1, 2024, Anthem’s pharmacy benefit manager, CarelonRx, will manage your prescription drug coverage. With CarelonRx Pharmacy, you can continue receiving refills as you do now. At a retail pharmacy, you’ll simply need to show your new Anthem ID card when you pick up your first refill. For mail delivery to your doorstep, your refills will come from CarelonRx. A new prescription is not needed unless your prescription is for a controlled substance, is expired, or has no refills left. Medications should arrive in the same amount of time as your current home delivery pharmacy. If you need to order a new refill or want to switch to home delivery, you can call 833-728-2252, visit anthem.com, or go to the Sydney Health app.
